A beautiful pool with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Although lap swimming here isn't great, as one end of the 25m lane is just a rope instead of a wall to turn on. Also, check the schedule and avoid going during kids afternoon lessons - the adult lanes are merged together and it becomes chaos.

We love this place. We go as a family. It is relaxing and mostly not crowded on a sunny day. This is an indoor pool with soft water. I don’t smell heavy chlorination and that is a big plus for me. The staff and lifeguards are alert and keeping the pool safe and very clean. There are small sauna cabins that can be rented for a session. Uniquely, there are bathtubs that automatically fill up once you pay to use them. Very relaxing. The architecture and styling is very beautiful and well-maintained. It feels like a blast from the past to be in there and enjoy.

Really nice swimming pool big with lanes dividing it in areas for kids adults and seniors. Lockers with magnetic locks for free, showers and bathrooms. Polite very helpful receptionist and the price is very affordable, 6 euro for an hour with easy advance booking online. There are also changing rooms and shoes of any sort are not allowed and a swimming cap is not required. Overall a very good experience I recommend it to anyone that wants to swim occasionally without committing to an expensive gym subscription. Also you can buy a subscription card for 5 euro and with it get 12 entries for the price of 10 within a year validity. The only tiny negative point is that the water is a bit cold but you'll get used to it fast.

Beautiful place, but too small for proper lap swimming. Also hard to push off from wall, and large part of the pool extra shallow. Vibe is immaculate…

Not a good pool if you swim for exercise. Beautiful building, however the pool is divided into four so the lanes are very short. The lanes are also disorganised so people swim in all directions. Pool is not very clean (visibly) as the kid's lanes are mixed with adult lanes. Even more unpleasant is that the showers are all fully open - as a woman, it is extremely uncomfortable to try to shower with the whole swimming pool able to see you.

I really like the aesthetics of this pool. You feel the history and enjoy the design. I love the bathing kamers to change along the sides. If you are a serious swimmer you will miss on one end there is no wall to push off, so it is definitely a place for more casual swimming.

Can highly recommend for children’s swimming lessons. After very poor experience at another swim school we were fortunately able to get a space a Zuiderbad. After just few lessons my daughter went from fear of the water to being excited to go swimming. She learned water skills very quickly and eager to practice in the bathtub. Teachers show a good balance of empathy and give challenges based on children’s skill level.

Nice central location. Can be crowded at times. Length of the swimming lane is slightly short for doing lap swimming
